Everyday Hot Sauce You Can Make at Home

Yields ~ 3 cups
Ingredients
1 lb miscellaneous hot peppers
6 cloves garlic peeled
2 cups water
2 tsp salt
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
1. Remove the stems from all peppers.
2. Roughly chop all of the peppers into 1/2 inch rings.
3. Combine the cut peppers, peeled garlic, 2 cups of water, 2 teaspoons of sea salt, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup, in a medium pan over medium-high heat.
4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the peppers and garlic have softened.
5. Pour mixture into a blender (making sure to leave the cover vent open, but covered with a kitchen towel) and blend until very smooth.
6. Transfer mixture to a squeeze bottle and store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
