I'm having trouble logging in. Where is my customer account?

Our new site doesn't require a customer account to place an order, so your username and password from the previous site was not transferred to the new site.

When/how do I pay for my order?

Unlike our old site where your credit card info was stored in our system and payment was processed a few days after you received your order, our new site works like most online marketplaces where you will pay for your order at checkout each week.

When is the new order deadline?

In order to give our farmers and artisans sufficient time to harvest and prepare your order each week, all orders must be placed by 10am on Tuesday.

Do I need to enter my payment info every time I place an order?

Depending on your browser/settings, you may be able to save your payment info for faster checkout. However, Freshlist does not store your payment information in our system.

General FAQs

What are your order/delivery minimums?

Our order minimum for pickup OR delivery is $25. Delivery orders of $35 or more will receive FREE delivery. Orders below $35 will incur a $7 delivery fee.

Where do you deliver?

We currently offer delivery to the following zip codes:

28203, 28204, 28205, 28207, 28209, 28211

We are working to expand our delivery zones to include additional zip codes throughout the greater Charlotte area and will announce new zip codes as they become available!

What happens if an item I ordered and paid for isn't available?

If we are unable to fulfill a specific item in your order, we will attempt to provide you with a viable substitute for your consideration.

If we are unable to identify a substitute, we will issue a credit directly to the payment method you used at checkout.
