Mai's Farm is a 10-acre farm in Lincoln County, NC. Mai Yang and her husband draw upon their Hmong heritage to grow a vast assortment of crops, many of which are native to Southeast Asia. Mai's products are beloved by Charlotte chefs for their unique qualities and great flavor. Mai uses no-spray growing methods on the farm.
