Similar to the standard blue oysters, yellow oyster mushrooms have a mild taste with a slight odor similar to anise and are used in various cuisines. Sautéed, they are a delicious addition to most dishes and an excellent meat substitute in recipes.
Freshlist will be closed from Saturday, December 21st through Friday, December 27th so that our staff can enjoy some much needed time off during the holidays.
There will be no delivery or pick-up on 12/27 or 12/28.
We will resume our normal schedule the following week for orders placed by 10AM on Tuesday, December 31st.
