These "limes" are not actually limes at all, but a cross between a lemon and mandarin. Bright orange in skin & flesh and about the size of a clementine, the fruit is easily peeled and segmented. The juice is extremely sour, like a lemon’s, but with a deeply floral, honeysuckle aroma.
