The Krenz family has been raising cattle for generations. Each Angus Hereford cow spends its entire life on the farm in New Salem, NC, grazing red and white clover and other tall, seasonal grasses. Only a limited number of Krenz's highly sought-after cattle are processed each year, and Freshlist is proud to partner with the Krenz family to purchase directly from the Ranch, delivering transparency in sourcing and superior flavor across each cut.
