Handmade in Charlotte by Raffaele and Madison Patrizi of Mano Bella Artisan Foods, these vegan ravioli are filled with a creamy cashew-based cheese and sweet roasted peppers. Crafted with simple, high-quality ingredients and made fatto a mano (by hand), they bring authentic Italian flavor—minus the dairy.
To prepare:
From frozen, boil 4–6 quarts of salted water. Add pasta and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 4–6 minutes. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
Ingredients: Semolina flour, vegan cheese (cashews, filtered water, organic chickpea miso, mushroom extract, pink Himalayan salt, live dairy-free cultures), garlic, salt, pepper.
