Clem's Organic Gardens

Clem's Organic Gardens is a certified organic vegetable farm specializing in storage vegetables - carrots, beets, potatoes, parsnips, and winter squash - for local and regional distributors, restaurants, and stores.

Clem Swift started the farm in Pisgah Forest, NC, in 2016 after working on a farm in California where he learned some of the methods he uses today. Clem's Organic Gardens is USDA Certified Organic, and he incorporates regenerative agriculture practices like cover cropping and crop rotation.
